The easiest way to the top. Not a lot of climbing, but a few 5th class moves. Old Manss wanders across the west face of Seneca.
1st Pitch
Start at series of easy ledges that can be reached by going past Prune and other climbs along the trail. Climb up a couple of left facing corners. Climb the short chimney. Belay from tree and gear. 170 ft
2nd Pitch
Go south across the needle covered ledge.
3rd Pitch
Climb the short north facing corner that leads up to Traffic Jam Notch. Watch for a loose block and beware of people rappelling down from the notch.
Protection
Nuts and hexes. A few ancient pitons.
