Trader Joe's
Description
[Edit]Trader Joe's is what we are calling the darker grey, slabby formation on the left (south) side of the Wild granites, below and left of the mineral wall, further down the same drainage. If anyone has a real name or info on any routes previously done here we would be curious to know! We reckon it is about 500 feet in height, mostly lower angle, and more vegetated than some of the larger formations in the area. From beneath, it looks like this wall may include the pointy summit seen behind it, however these are different formations separated by the descent gully(see pic). Regardless, we found some nice climbing on the formation and would not be surprised if there was more.To descend, downclimb approx. 20 feet of 4th from top, and head down the obvious gully. Do not turn right to cut back to the base too early: you will slab out. Instead continue straight into the main drainage before reversing one of the approaches.
