Description

The start of the climb mirrors the style of the rest of the classroom (fun and slabby) before trending towards a more crimpy style. The abundance of positive edges allows for a smooth, breezy climb. Getting to the anchors requires leaving the comfort of the edge section and releasing your inner trad star by using a solid hand jam to leverage yourself over the roof… or pulling the roof in whatever way seems comfortable! While the last move might seem committing, the bolt placement will give you the comfort and security needed to calm the nerves and show off what you got.

Location

Walk up the stone steps, continuing to the left of

and

37 Stoppers

, and you will see the beautiful belay pad that Alan Prehmus graciously set up. The bolts start close to the ground and move up towards a small roof - there are currently no other climbs close by, so those should be the only bolts.

Protection

14 bolts + a 2 bolt anchor (with Sept. 2021 installed Mussys).
