Begins with vertical wall of small delicate holds with good crimping. the crux consists of a ledge with 2 hand holds that you have to swing over with one hand and foot on small hold. After the ledge slight overhang to use some hand holds and minimal foot holds.
Location
Follow the pulpit approach trail to the left step formation then follow around the south side of the formation for about 300 meters an 100 foot elevation gain. The route ends and is directly under an appalachian trail survey marker just off the upper Devils Pulpit trail.
