Description
[Edit]In a tour-d-force in his mid-80's George Hurley cleaned and equipped three climbs. You pass by this sub-area on your way UP to the climbs in the "Upper Right" area. Not content to rest on his laurels, George then cleaned a fourth climb, perhaps the last climb to be done on the "main wall" ?!
The three (L>R) climbs are: The Crack (trad 5.7, with 1 bolt to a tree anchor); The Slab (5.9, mostly bolts, but with one placement for small-to-med cam/nuit; and the "Corner" 5.6 Trad, to a shared anchor with "The Slab".
