Peak Mountain 3

Balanced Pink Beast

Description

[Edit]

Big 20’+ highball boulder with pink granitic gneiss banding. Downhill side is propped up on top of other boulders that are approximately 8-10’ tall themselves.

The downhill/left side has a long, steeply overhanging roof section ( > 45 degrees) with really nice solid holds.

Bring lots of pads and spotter(s).  The supporting boulders on the downhill side are big enough to put a couple of pads on, but be careful to not bounce off and fall another 8-10’ to the ground.
