Twixt the Trees has fun climbing that would be three stars if not for the so so rock at the start.

P1. 5.9+. Climb the pillar, clip a bolt with a long sling, then continue up the bulge past a bolt. Head straight up between the trees passing two more bolts to the anchors.

P2. 5.10a. Continue straight up liebacking past a bolt to a horizontal break, move left then up and slightly left to the anchors.

P2 Variation. 5.10c. Ascend steep cracks on the left wall of the dihedral that forms the left end of the long overhang in the middle of the crag. Continue up and right to the anchors.

This is one of the best routes at Crosier.  Climb fun horizontals followed by a reachy slab on the first pitch then a beautiful lieback crack on the second.

P1. 5.10c/d: climb fun horizontals past three bolts, cross the crack and step up to a bolt.  Stretch left past the fifth bolt (very height dependent) then angle right to the crack and up to the anchors.  For those less than 5'9" or 10", after clipping the fifth bolt step right and ascend directly to the crack (5.11a).

P2. 5.11a/b: step left, and delicately lieback up the tips crack past three bolts.  Continue up the dihedral above, then climb easily to the anchors.

Descent: do two 30 meter rappels.

A good route with some hard pulls at the bottom followed by a nice slab.  The second roof has a tough mantle then chickenheads to the top. A little loose rock at the start but bullet-proof after that.

P1. 5.11a. Clip the first bolt with a long sling, then power through the height dependent crux overhang. Continue up the slab to the second overhang, clip another bolt, grab a jug and mantle onto the slab above. Chickenheads lead to the chains.

Variarions:

1) 5.5. After the crux overhang, follow the crack in the right-facing dihedral then step left onto the lip of the overhang and up to the anchors.

2) 5.8. After the crux overhang, the nice slab right of the dihedral has been toproped.

This route is named for the massive block trundled from the slab immediately below the roof. It is located in the middle of the roof above the alcove halfway up the cliff.  Ascend one of the slab routes to get to the alcove.

P1. 5.10b. Ascend the middle of the roof, then go up to the anchors.

Descent: do two 60 meter rappels.

Beauty and the Beast has a fun, steep start followed by a beautiful slab.  The so so rock at the start leads to bulletproof granite higher.

P1. 5.10a/b: climb past three bolts then left out an overhang. Diagonal up and right to a fourth bolt, lacing TCUs in horizontals, then head straight up or right to a crack. Continue straight up and turn the overhang at a large horn then climb past one more bolt to the anchors shared with

Pinch Me climbs a fun steep face followed by lower angle gator skin plates on the first pitch.  The second climbs a spectacular overhanging arete.

P1. 5.10a: ascend the face past two bolts, then slither up gator skin to the anchors.

P2. 5.10d/11a: ascend the arete above past three bolts then up the stepped face above passing two more bolts to the anchors.

This is the fist crack out the right side of the roof above the alcove located halfway up the cliff.  Ascend one of the slab routes to get to the alcove.

P1. 5.11a/b. Struggle up the fist crack, then angle left to anchors.

Descent: do two thirty meter rappels.

End of Autumn has fun face climbing finishing on the golden plated headwall up and left.

The first ascent was done on a fall day where the temperature at the start of the hike in was 18 degrees.

P1. 5.9+/10. Climb straight up passing a small tree and three bolts to a large ledge. Move left to the golden face and climb plates past three more bolts to the anchors.

Descent: do a thirty meter rappel. ***A 60 METER ROPE IS REQUIRED.***

Grace and Power has fun, delicate climbing followed by a powerful crux into a perplexing exit.

P1. 5.11d/12a. Climb the steep face past two bolts then up a low angle, right-facing dihedral.  Power up the crux, then continue out the bulge above to the anchors.

This nice route is located on the far left side of the crag.  It ascends two large dihedrals with a huge ledge between them.

P1. 5.7. Go up the first dihedral to the large ledge.

P2. 5.7. Climb up the second dihedral, past a tricky crux, then angle left around the roof and up to a belay.

P3. 5.easy. Continue diagonaling up and right, past a large down tree, to anchors at the top of the cliff.

Descent: two 30 meter rappels. After pitch two, you can traverse right to the

anchors and make a single rappel to the ground with a 60 meter rope.

This has fun climbing.

P1. 5.7+. Start in the right-angling dihedral, then go up the dark streak past two bolts. Angle left at the top on gator skin to the anchors.
