New Thursday is a good variation that combines the first half of the Orange Crush arete with the second half of Topical Rush. Essentially this variation avoids the brutal starting crux of Topical Rush, but you still have to execute the multiple cruxes of the second half of the route. The climbing on the upper section is some of the best I've ever found on Elden. Top out, or it doesn't count.
