Description

Good moves on wide gear in a corner just left of the sandy start to Freeblast. Traverse up and left to a corner, utilizing both the corner and horizontals for holds and gear. Top out on a slopey, leaf-covered shallow gulley.

Not a stellar line by any stretch of the imagination, as it is short, and is dirty from lack of traffic. However, it can be a good place for new leaders to practice. The gear is solid and plentiful, and is a welcome moderate gear line in a sea of harder sport and trad lines.

Location

A short walk upstream from Sandstonia and the classic Decameron. If you get to the finger crack King of Swing, you have gone too far.

Protection

Everything from 5 to .75. Bring long cord or get creative with your rope to extend an anchor over the lip of the route, as the only trees worth anchoring to are at least 15 feet from the edge.
