Locate a curving right-facing flake system right of

Betty

and climb more or less straight up staying to the left of the flake system; midway up is a shallow 3/8" hole with a rusted, broken-off drill bit at the back. Continue up and traverse slightly right along a thin horizontal to pull a smooth face slightly right of center (it's possible to continue further right to make it easier).

The guidebook description and topo say to follow the flake directly, but done this way it's more like solid 5.11 and the moves aren't as enjoyable.
