Evil Genius Tendencies

Start in the middle of the west face and move up using a vertical rail and positive side pulls. From the lip, move left to the positive hold on the "scoop" feature.

If you choose to not move left and top out in the featureless scoop, this problems gets significantly harder...potentially in the V8-10 range.
