Bearhug Stand

Stand start using two slopy overhead pinches. Smaller folks like me might have to use the right hand undercling meat hook at chest level for the start or a pad stack.

On bearhug..... Duh

3 pads and a spotter. The top is safe with the right beta but you don't want to fall into that tree in case a foot blows.
