Description

Flog your way at relatively high altitude from the plateau up the north slope, this is Class 2 at the most, and about 700 feet, soon you'll reach the shoulder and see the summit gendarme to the south. Scramble along the ridge pull a couple of exposed 3rd class moves to the summit and a very good view of the local areas, Palisades and Bishop Pass.

Location

From the small plateau between Vagabond Peak to the north and Cloudripper to the south. This plateau can either be reached from

Vagabond Peak

(descending down its similar in character south slope) OR coming up the East Ridge Route from the Seven Lakes Basin (Palisades).

Coming from Vagabond Peak pass through the big gap right of the summit - see topo.
