I Touch The Future

Description

This is a strongly overhanging dihedral with finger and hand jams. It's lots of fun, although the crack isn’t solid enough for gear. This route is not in the 1992 Vogel Guide.

Location

About 200 yards northeast of the

Hershey Kiss

is an obvious overhanging right-facing corner on dark rock, about 80' above the desert floor.  Route gets sun till ~ 2 PM in early March.

Protection

Standard rack.  (The rock is so bad along the crack that you shouldn't expect gear to hold.  Consider yourself free-soloing, with an awful landing.)
