Beginner's Bitch

Bitch is the first climb encountered when approaching Motorboat along the purple climber�s trail. Climb a short face to reach the crack above. The crack starts about 1/3 of the way up the rock, and starts as an off-width that narrows as you climb higher. Look for plenty of hidden holds inside the crack, some of which are a little rotten or crumbly. The protection is good (large cams up to a #3.5 Camalot help), but the crack tends to throw you a little off balance. At the top of the crack, face climb up good edges to the anchors.
