Connecticut Power and Lighting (CPL)

Starts in a small cave below the Mysticism Roof on a jug rail below some graffiti marked CPL. You can't really miss it. Make fun steep moves on edges to a sloping lip and top out when there is no snow. The stand start is a solid V4. Good movement.

There might be a possible lower, and very hard start.
