Foggy Bottom

Description

Foggy Bottom is a left-leaning ramp that starts at the base of Puff Aider. It's a fun climb that traverse a thin crack with your feet on smears most the way. The climb slants upwards but so does the gully below it, so be sure to protect it well to avoid any potential of bottoming out.

Location

When arriving at the main wall, turn left and hike up the gully a bit until you see the bolts that start both puff Aider and Foggy Bottom. Foggy bottom is the left-leaning ramp below puff Aider.

Protection

Mostly small pro but up to 2" is helpful. Clip the first two bolts of Puff Aider, then traverse left and clip a bolt. The crack takes some stoppers for the cruxy thin section. Two-bolt anchor with sport clips.
