The Pat Cave Crack

Locate the hidden crack just right of the parrot boulder in a cave, then locate the jugs back and left. Start on jugs, only using the rail, traverse and jam into the crack(crux), jam the crack using feet only in the crack and outside to the left. if you're not comfortable with jamming, then it might seem heady due to boulders surrounding your exit up.
