The Beginning

One of the best problems at the lake!  Sit start on the incut crimp on the left side of the rock.  Traverse across a series of edges to the right.  Throw from a high good left crimp and a low right sidepull up to a high sloppy edge and then top out.

This problem may be called "Tree Smacker" in the guidebook

The problem is on the boulder above the blasted rock.  To approach, either wade through manzanita from the top of the blasted rock or scamper up from the road near the telephone pole.
