Halfling's Staircase

Like the name implies, use the many juggy pocket features to climb up this rock for an easy top out.

Directly left of Dragon Scale and across the clearing from Gnome Assassin. Walk left into the woods from Black Vertigo, until you find a clearing. Walk across clearing past the the flakey feature of Dragon Scale.
