Great place to teach rappelling. I don't usually think places to rappel should be on a rock climbing site. It gets tons of use.
Location
Just after the left turn onto SR 144 towards Tibble Fork Res. Echo is immediately on your left. Careful not to park in the picnic areas if you're not going to picnic. As you face the West the Buttress is to the SE up a fairly easy trial
Protection
There are now (4) sets of bolts on the Rappel Buttress above Echo picnic site. Fall of 2016 there were only two. It now could be super crowded up there if peoples are trying to use all 4 stations.
