) because it took several trips to get this route established after being thwarted with broken drills, weather, etc...   Plenty of morning sun on cold days makes for a quick warm up.

Ascends what could probably be called a blunt arete that separates the Lair wall from the Main wall of the Maximum.   The start is a very obvious glue in bolt directly in a cobble about 8' off the ground.
