MapDescription
An aptly named and classic route.
A boulder problem start guards the arete proper, once at the second bolt the climb takes on its true character and the moves to the third bolt provide a taste (albeit on good holds) of what is to come. The moves past bolts three, four, and five provide exciting and tenuous laying-away on the edge of the arete with somewhat grainy footholds, but somehow the clips always go well.
Pull up onto a ledge, clip the last bolt and surmount the final step to a wonderful view down the valley to the lake.
If this were at HVP there would be a line to climb this one.
Location
The left edge of the right tower, rather obvious.
Protection
6 bolts and a chain anchor.
