Urban Escape

Start on the bulging ledge directly below the bolt, and work your way up- utilizing the pipe and and nuts in the wall as hand and footholds too. A throw at the top finishes the route.

Southwest side of the building, with a relatively flat bed of gravel and pebbles below it.

Climb the tree on the opposite side of the building to set up the rope. There is one slightly sketchy bolt at the top of the route, set up the second piece of the anchor off of the tree you used to climb up.
