Description
Start just under the overhang of "In Search of Sunrise" and work your way up the blunt prow/arete feature containing a small corner. Make a hard traverse move around the corner (first crux) continue up an easy (5.10ish) slab until the headwall steepens and your holds and feet run out. The technical crux comes in the last few bolts pulling up on dishes with VERY little in the way of feet utilizing either a heinous high step/mantle or insecure crimping/smearing, and then traversing slightly right to the anchors.
Fantastic and sustained slab movement. Delicacy is a must. Great route, though some of the pockets have a lichen problem, as with most of the routes on this wall.
Location
Third line from the right on the entire crag. Starts just below the obvious small overhang of In Search of Sunrise, and curves around the prow-like feature to the right. Look for a small blocky corner with a dirty crack to its left just as the trail starts to steepen (a lot) near the very end of the Scorched Earth Crag.
Protection
Bolts (11ish) to good chain anchors.
