Description
Sit start with hands matched on an edge. From there, work up through a pair of edges, gain the jugs atop the sloping shelf, reach the lip, and make an easy mantel.
Location
It climbs just to the right of Hall of Feasts on the east side of Minas Tirith.
Protection
A pad or two. The landing is perfect though.
