Astroknot Alternate

The alternate start to Astroknot starts around the corner to the left from the bolt line. Start up twin cracks above a small overhang and continue to the second bolt of Astroknot. Either join up with the bolts here, or clip the one bolt with a runner and continue up the wider crack to the left. At the top of the wide crack, gain a ledge and step right to the Astroknot chains.

Starts above a small cave-like feature that is left around the corner from the start of Astroknot. If coming from the left, it is the fourth crack from Taqueria (one right of The Couch).

Gear to 1.5 inches. #3 Camalot perfect for the wide crack at the top.
