Start on the rail just below the scoop feature. Work your way up the lip between the drill shaft and the pocket.

Make sure you plot your escape before attempting. There is a reasonable down climb, but it needs some cleaning to be considered safe. Until then I suggest lowering from the lip and dropping on to pads.
