Start from the crack then go right at or before the widening of that crack and finish on the arête.

Really this is something of a copout, insofar as it almost completely avoids any crack climbing, depending on your height. The more obvious line would involve finishing via the wider crack at the top. I'm not confident or experienced enough with that width of crack, though, so I did not do this. Maybe that would make it harder.
