Description

This is a beautiful long route that starts on a steep thin face, moves through a slab, then onto a great arete.

Two distinct cruxes: one low, and one high. The rest of the climbing is in the 5.7/5.8 range.

Location

WARNING:

This route is

long

. Lowering with a 60m rope will not quite get you to the ground, but it will get you close enough to downclimb if you clean the draws off the middle part of the route. Please be sure to tie a knot in the end of your rope. Alternatively, there is a 2-bolt anchor at the top of the 5.11 to the right of this route. This anchor is below the anchor for

Megafauna

.

The start of this climb is the thin face immediately to the right of the

Invasive Species

crack, and climbs up into the thin finger crack next to that route. Look for the big arete up high (which can alternatively be chimneyed through easily enough).

, and may share a bolt (depending on if you clip it not).

Protection

13 bolts, plus a 2-bolt anchor.
